Check whether they clicked the confirmation email. Unconfirmed addresses are never sent to.
I want to resend the same post
Each post can be sent once. Please write a new post.
Worth knowing
Email only goes to confirmed subscribers, and the unsubscribe link cannot be removed. These protect sending reputation and do not unlock at higher tiers.
